• Send your plan to your email or WhatsApp (if you provided them)
• Send daily motivational WhatsApp messages (Pro subscribers only)
• Improve our AI prompts and plan quality
• Communicate important updates about our service

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely in Google Sheets (for WhatsApp plan delivery) and processed through our automation platform n8n. We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Access to stored data is restricted to authorized team members only
• We do not store your full plan data permanently — only what's needed for delivery
• Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never see your card details

• Google Gemini AI — generates your fitness plan (your data is sent to Google's API)
• n8n Cloud — our automation platform that processes workflows
• Google Sheets — temporary storage for WhatsApp delivery queue
• Gmail API — to email your plan if you opt in
• Meta WhatsApp Business API — to send WhatsApp messages if you opt in
• Stripe — secure payment processing for Pro subscriptions

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We use minimal cookies to enhance your experience:

• Session cookies to remember your language and theme preference
• No advertising or tracking cookies
• No third-party analytics that track you across websites
